Vernon Drive 19/12/2017 –
Victim had a black electric car which was reverse parked onto the driveway in order for the electric charging cable to reach out the kitchen window in order to charge the car overnight. Victim has gone downstairs in the early hours of the morning with their partner to get ready for work. The victim’s partner noticed the car was not on the driveway. The victim then noticed that the car keys were not where they were normally kept in the kitchen. This incident happened sometime between 2300 hours on the 18/12/2017 and 0545 hours.
Theft From Motor Vehicle – 1
Millennium Way West 18/12/2017 –
Caller reported a theft from their white panel van at 1920 hours at the hotel car park. Two males were seen around twenty years of age. The males left the area in a light blue car. The driver had brown short hair and was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms. The offenders smashed the back window of the van and removed a box with power tools in it.

Albert Avenue 19/12/2017 –
Caller reported at 2040 that they had just returned home and the back door was open and smashed up. Nothing obvious had been taken but the bedrooms had been ransacked. The dog had been closed off into the living room.
Theft From Motor Vehicle – 1
Ayscough Avenue 16/12/2017 –
Caller reported that their black vehicle had been broken into whilst it had been left parked secure on the drive way. This took place sometime between 1700 hours on the 15/12/2017 and1645 hours. The caller could not tell how entry had been gained with no forced entry made. A works laptop had been removed and stolen. A resident reported surprising a white male, late thirties, 5ft 10, skinny build, stubble, dressed in dark clothing, grey hat whilst putting rubbish into the bin at the side of their house. The male was paying attention to a property at around 1500 hours on the 14/12/2017.

Suspicious Incident – 1
Oakland Way 19/12/2017 –
Caller reported at 1435 hours that two late teenage males had climbed over the callers rear fence and one ran through their side gate onto the road and the other just sat on the garden shed saying he also wanted to join his friend, the male eventually left back over the fence into the nearby piece of small woodland.
