Police seek pair who carried out Bridgford robbery

Two men are being sought by police investigating a robbery in West Bridgford last week.

The robbery took place close to the Asda supermarket at the junction of Rugby Road and Loughborough Road, between 1.30pm and 1.45pm on Thursday 4 November.

The 17-year-old victim was confronted by two males, believed to be aged between 17-20 years old.

The victim ran and was pursued by the offenders, who caught him and assaulted him, stealing a gold chain from around his neck.

The offenders then fled along Loughborough Road.

Anyone who witnessed the robbery or has any information about the incident should telephone West Bridgford CID on 0300 300 99 99. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
